Many of the plants in this collection are sold as a 4 pack with root dimensions of a 1" square by 2.25" deep.

Lupines and Echinacea are sold as a single plant in a 4" square pot.

This collection of perennials and hardy annuals like to be established in cool soil, and can tolerate light frosts. When this group of plants is established early, they flower earlier and more abundantly than those planted later in warmer temperatures. Get a jump on the growing season by working with these plants' natural preferences!

Growers in northern climates that still expect hard freezes in April can cover these plants with frost cloth or plant in an unheated high tunnel.
